Are you a senior in the New Prague area who could use a lift to run errands, attend local activities and appointments, or meet up for social gatherings?

Starting May 7, New Prague Area Community Education is offering a new weekly shuttle service for seniors. Every Tuesday between 10 am and 1 pm, we will pick you up and drive you anywhere you need to go in town. Use this free community service to go to the bank, post office, clinic, grocery store, your favorite coffee shop or lunch spot - and more!

How to request a ride

Call New Prague Area Community Education at (952) 758-1734 each week by Monday at noon to request a ride for the following day.

Tuesdays Around Town utilizes resources of the NPAS transportation department and community education staff or community volunteers. If you would like to volunteer your time or make a donation to support this program, email [email protected] or call (952) 758-1734. Save the date for the senior summer picnic!

Join us for a grillin' great time as we gather for a picnic and activities for adults 55 and over. Lunch will be served at 11:30 am with activities to follow. Click here or stop by the FAC front desk or community education front desk to sign up. All seniors are invited to register and attend - you do not have to be a member!
