Kids' Company School Age Child Care: Grades K-5
What is Kids' Company?
Kids' Company is the New Prague Area School District's fee-based school age childcare program offered to all families enrolled in the district and is provided at each elementary school. Care is available before and after school, during non-school days and full day care during the summer. Kids' Company is dedicated to offering age and developmentally appropriate activities and opportunities which aim to develop the whole child. Sites offer theme-based activities including:
- arts, crafts
- music, movement, drama
- language, literature
- recreation and outdoor play
- science, cooking
- field-trips and other special events
What are the hours and locations of Kids' Company?
Kids' Company School Year Care
Kids’ Company is open M-F, all student days, plus some non-school days. Our before and after school programs run from 6:15-start of school and end of school day until 5:30pm at all Elementary Schools. We are open many non-school days from 6:15am-5:30pm. Please refer to the tables in the Closed/Non-School days tab for the days our programs are closed and non-school day information. Non-school days will take place with one location in Elko New Market and one location in New Prague. Information about locations will be sent to registered families prior to the non-school day taking place.
How to register for Kids' Company?
Registration Information:
- Registration for the 2023-24 School Year is ongoing. Contracts submitted after August 8, 2023, will be placed on a waiting list and will be approved as program space allows.
- Registration for the 2024-25 School Year begins on 2/20/24 with priority registration until February 26th for current families and on February 27th for all families. Please register early to ensure placement into your desired program. Registration will remain open until August 1st, 2024, or until the site is full. Once the site has reached capacity contracts will be placed on a waiting list and you will receive an email from the Site Coordinator or Program Supervisor.
- You will need to create a family account within our Eleyo registration system. Once you have created your account and are ready to register, please follow the step-by-step Kids Company Registration Instructions below.
- After you have completed registration, you will receive an email confirmation stating the Registration and Billing Coordinator has received your contract request. Once your contract has been approved you will receive a second email giving you confirmation of your start date with the program.

We offer flexible contracts; consistent and pick your days to meet your family's needs. When your child's schedule is approved, please inform their teacher, and school secretary.
