FREE Night at the Museum
This free event is open to all current NPAS Preschool, ECFE, ECSE and WRAP families. Explore 11 unique kid-powered play spaces where families have fun together, kids take the lead and playful learning is always front and center. There will also be a special dinosaur exhibit. Travel back in time and come face-to-face with dinosaurs as you discover what life was like when they roamed the earth. Dig for fossils, explore a swampy bog and oozing volcano, climb through icy terrain and much more. Explore the extraordinary world of dinosaurs!

All siblings are invited to come along. The cafe will be open if you would like to purchase dinner or snacks on site. Admission is free for your entire family. The museum will be closed to the public and only NPAS families will be exploring the museum. You are responsible for the $7.50 parking fee.

Let's Play Saturdays (Birth-5 years)
Come and play with your young children at the CEC gym! This is a project of the New Prague Early Learning Childhood Initiative Coalition. We are promoting physical development and community opportunities for young children during the winter months. Space will be set up to promote active play for children ages 0-5. Older children are welcome to come if they have a sibling 5 or under. Parents must stay. You do not need to attend the whole time; you can drop in as you are able.

Father Daughter Dance (3-10 years)
Dads and other special persons are invited to join us for an evening of dancing under the twinkling stars! Light refreshments, music and dancing, corsages, games and crafts all included. Daughters should wear their favorite dress! Dads, come dressed to impress. Be prepared to create stellar memories with the one you love to the moon and back! Register by February 3.

Out and About in the Community (3-5 years)
Join a licensed parent educator to explore and learn about our community! The week before the field trip, you will receive an email explaining how to prepare your child for the special trip, a digital story that relates to the destination, and some conversation starters to have with your child before the visit. On the day of the field trip, you and your child will meet us at the local destination for a fun adventure. Siblings are welcome.

February Online Parent Class: Challenging Behaviors (Birth-5 years)
Parenting is the best job you'll ever have and it can also be challenging at times. We are here to support you! Join a licensed parent educator on the 2nd Wednesday of each month to get your questions answered and connect with other parents who are in the same boat.

Choose to stay and play with your child or drop them off and enjoy an hour to yourself! A teacher will be in the classroom to provide a nurturing environment, movement, fun songs at circle time, and learning activities to encourage your child’s growth and independence.

Newborn Talk (Birth-16 weeks)
Congratulations on the arrival of your baby! This class is for parents with babies 0-16 weeks. A nurse and parent educator will be available to answer questions about your newborn and provide support, connection and resources. Some topics include feeding, sleeping, attachment, development and returning to work. We will also offer weekly baby weight checks! This class is free and registration is not required.

Parents and caregivers are invited to take this opportunity to connect with others while getting in some steps! There will be a discussion question, parenting tip and resources shared each week based on the interests of the group. The class is free but you do need to register for sibling care ($20 per family per session).
