Special Events 

🌳ECFE in the Park (All ages)
Join a licensed parent educator at area parks to enjoy time with your child outdoors! You'll spend time playing at the park, participating in different activities, and a short circle time. Parents must stay and supervise their children for the duration of the class. Childcare providers are welcome. Registration is required so we have enough supplies!

🧁Muffins with Mom (3-5 years)
Join us for a morning filled with love, laughter, and tasty treats! Kids, bring your mom or any special person in your life to the classroom to make some fun memories together.

🦀Under the Sea (Ages 2-5)
Are you ready to make a sand castle, look at seashells, and move like a crab?  Come join us as we go under the sea and explore the animals that are in the ocean. There will be a circle time and story at the end of class.

🎳Grandfriend Bowling (Ages 2 ½-5)
This event is for preschoolers and their grandma, grandpa or any special friend. The bumpers will be in place so everyone has a chance to knock down the pins!  Meet at Strike Force Bowl in New Prague, bowl a game and then have pizza. Class fee includes one game, shoe rental, and pizza.

Drop-in classes

🧩Drop and Go OR Stay and Play (Birth-5 years)
Choose to stay and play with your child or drop them off and enjoy an hour to yourself! A teacher will be in the classroom to provide a nurturing environment, movement, fun songs at circle time, and learning activities to encourage your child’s growth and independence.

🍼 Newborn Talk (Birth-16 weeks)
Congratulations on the arrival of your baby! This class is for parents with babies 0-16 weeks. A nurse and parent educator will be available to answer questions about your newborn and provide support, connection and resources. Some topics include feeding, sleeping, attachment, development and returning to work. We will also offer weekly baby weight checks! This class is free and registration is not required.

🏀Movin' & Groovin' in the Gym (Birth-5 years)
Join us each week for unstructured motor time in the CEC gym for the first hour, then end class with a group activity led by a teacher.

👟Walk and Talk (Parents of children under 8)
Parents and caregivers are invited to take this opportunity to connect with others while getting in some steps! There will be a discussion question, parenting tip and resources shared each week based on the interests of the group. The class is free but you do need to register for sibling care ($20 per family per session).

Summer ECFE classes

🐵Five Little Monkeys in ECFE (Ages 1-5)
Let's start the summer out right with a little monkey business! In this one hour class, you and your child will explore the classroom together where there will be art, sensory, science, fine motor activities, dramatic play, large motor and more. Each class will end with a story and songs featuring the Five Little Monkeys. We hope you will join us for this super silly session!

☀️Summer Play Days at ECFE (Ages birth-5)
Join us with one or all of your young children together in one ECFE class! Each week the classroom will be filled with new developmentally-appropriate activities. The first part of class will be spent exploring the classroom together with your child. The class will conclude with an engaging circle time including music, movement, and singing led by an early learning teacher. No separation or sibcare.
 
9-10 am
