Camp Kindergarten

If your child will be five years old on or before September 1, 2026 and will attend kindergarten at one of our three area elementary schools, please make sure they are registered with the district as soon as possible. We look forward to welcoming them into our school community and are privileged to be a part of their educational journey!

 

The 2026-27 school year will be here before we know it; along with that will be your child's first day of kindergarten!

 

Camp Kindergarten is a four-day, all-day program designed to help your soon-to-be kindergarten student become comfortable with taking that next step in their educational career. Our friendly, low-stress atmosphere provides age-appropriate activities which promote kindergarten readiness skills with a hands-on learning approach. The New Prague Area Schools' kindergarten teachers are excited to welcome your child into their school and classroom. The week will be structured similarly to what can be expected in a typical kindergarten classroom in an attempt to help ease those first day of school jitters!
