A Little Bit About Me
My name is Linda Tefft, and I am excited to be starting my eleventh year as an early childhood special education teacher. My previous experience includes 12 years within the New Prague Area Schools as an occupational therapist. Prior to that, I worked as an OT in a variety of neighboring districts through the local special education cooperative.
On a personal note, my husband and I live in Lakeville and have two sons attending college. We are an animal loving family and have 2 dogs (Delta & Winnie) and 2 cats (Gumby & Kirby). Although my husband and I grew up on opposite ends of the Iron Range, we have spent our married life in the south metro. I enjoy watching athletics, sweating at the boxing gym, and enjoying a quiet cup of coffee on the porch. In the classroom, I love getting to know all of the students. My goal is to support each student’s individual development through play and exploration. Preschool is such an exciting time of growth!
